Guiding Principles

We have built the VolleyIQ programs based on a series of best practices used by coaches and teams from around the world.

Observational & Motor Learning

We facilitate learning through the observation of others and foster motor adaptation, skill acquisition, and decision-making.

Coaching & Teaching

Our coaches are trained in the principles of coaching and teaching to expertly guide athletes to a deep level of learning.

Creative Technologies

We are constantly innovating how we can use technology to empower athletes to achieve excellence.

Our Values

Learning

We have the expertise, but we aren’t finished learning. We will show our athletes how to use our process for continuous learning and improvement. We will provide a safe space to introduce athletes to the intellectual side of the game and teach them how to turn data into impactful action.

Independence

We believe that as athletes, we have a duty to trust ourselves and take ownership of our development. Through our interactive process, we will empower athletes to control what they can: whether it is crafting weekly goals based on self-analysis or staying hungry during an injury.

Authenticity

We believe in sharing ourselves through our brand. Our experiences haven’t all been glamorous, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t worth sharing. We are committed to interactivity and mentorship as we guide athletes through our programs.

Community

We invite like-minded athletes to join us in getting better. We will unite athletes from different teams and backgrounds because we believe they all have something to offer, and that independence doesn’t mean isolation.
